Guys, I very rarely ask you for anything through the Derby County mad site but could you please all read this and maybe give a young Sunderland fan his last wish.
This young man has only a few weeks to live and would just like a Christmas card from as many football fans as possible.............Please please make this happen.

I don't know if any of you have seen the news about the 5-year-old Sunderland supporter Bradley Lowery.
He is suffering from a rare form of cancer and £800,000 has been raised for urgent treatment in America. He was mascot for Sunderland's home game against Everton in October and Everton donated a wonderful £200,000.
Sadly it all looks in vain with the cancer having spread and the latest diagnosis is that young Bradley has only around two months left to live. His wish is to receive thousands and thousands of cards for what will be his last Christmas.
