Bad news coming out of Pride Park this morning as the extent of Nathan Tyson's groin problems are revealed.
Having struggled with several unrelated groin problems in pre-season, Tyson was eventually KO'd in the pre-season finale game against Aston Villa. The former Forest striker having to come off the field after 26 minutes of the game.
Tyson will certainly miss the Carling Cup game tomorrow against Shrewsbury, as well as league games against Watford and Blackpool away from Pride Park and Doncaster and Burnley at Pride Park.
It is hoped that Tyson may make his league debut for the Rams in the televised game against Coventry City on the 10th September.
