Strupar injury has Belgians worried in World Cup

Branko Strupar
is reported to have missed training today due to a hip injury sustained during a training session with the Belgian National team.

The injury is not thought to be serious and Branko is still able to run and cycle to keep himself fit. A Belgian team official has said “we hope to have Strupar back in full training during the weekend”.

The Belgians first group game in the World Cup is against co-hosts Japan on Tuesday (4th June) morning.
