Derby County, along with the rest of the first division teams will receive £332,00. This is a payout by the Football League, designed to soften the blow of the loss of the ITV Digital cash this season.

A total of £20million will be divided among the football league teams, with each first Division team getting £332,000. Second division teams will get £51,000 and the third division getting £34,000.

The first of these payments will be given next week with the same amount being paid to each club again in August 2003.
