Rams secretary Keith Pearson will leave the club in September
Rams Secretary Keith Pearson has revealed that he will leave the club in September of this year.

Mr Pearson said he has enjoyed being part of the Derby County Football club history over the last few years. He recalls the promotion season to the Premiership and also the move from the Baseball Ground to Pride Park.

His decision to leave the club is believed to come after recent developments at the club concerning boardroom level decisions.

With key members of the Rams staff now departed or leaving the fans are left even more bemused with recent events and surely it is now time for Lionel Pickering to come out with a statement on many of the matters that are currently crippling this once proud club or step aside and let any consortium take the reigns.

On a personal note, having met Keith Pearson on several occasions, I would like say how sorry I am to see a genuine person who has the good of the club at heart move on.
