A short statement from Derby County states that Sam Rush has been dismissed for gross inconduct.
The statement reads : "Derby County Football Club has today dismissed, with immediate effect, President and Chief Executive Officer Sam Rush on the grounds of gross misconduct and breach of fiduciary duty"
No further statement is expected from the club..
