A 21st minute goal from Tommy Smith, followed a minute later by a Paul Peschisolido goal
made it 4 - 0 to the Rams.

Just befor halftime Marcus Tudgay made it 5.

George Burley made four substitutions at half time taking off Kenna,
Taylor, Peschisolido and Tudgay and bringing on Jackson, Bolder, Junior
and Bisgaard.
