Rams put finishing touches to new look squad for 2008-09 season

The Rams look to be putting the finishing touches to their squad for next season.

Rob Hulse will be joining Derby from Sheffield United once personal terms are sorted, Sheffield United have already accepted a fee thought to be £1.75m, which could end up around £2m with add ons.

The Rams have been linked with Hulse for most of the closed season but rumour and counter rumour didn't seem to bring the 28 year old any closer to Pride Park. Now with the clubs agreed on payment it is just a case of Hulse arranging his personal details. He has returned early from Sheffield United's tour to agree terms with the Rams. He is expected to sign early next week after medical reports.

Kaz a left sided midfield player with European and International experience
A Polish International with European and International experience is also thought to be arriving next week. Twenty Six year old Przemyslaw Kazmierczak (Kaz for short) is thought to be signing a year long loan deal from Portugal's Porto side.

Kaz has nine Polish International caps and is a predominantly a left sided midfielder. Paul Jewell thinks that Kaz is the ideal build for a Championship football, big and strong....
