Who is the player wanting to leave as the ship sinks?

A Derby County player has evoked a clause in his contract enabling him to leave the club in 14 days. This comes about as the player has not been paid for August and as such the club is in breach of his contract.

The player has not yet been named but we will keep you informed of this as and when we have it.
