C:WindowsTempphp7D77.tmpPaul Clement has identified who he wants as his assistant.

John Peacock is a name that has been seen at Derby County before and could soon be beside Clement in the Rams dugout.

Peacock was Derby County Academy director from 1998- 2002 and was instrumental in the formative years of Tom Huddlestone and other in the Rams Academy at that time.

England were European U17 Champions under the guidance of Peacock and he holds an FA Academy directors licence.

Peacock looks set to replace Paul Simpson, as he moves on to Newcastle as assistant to Steve McClaren.
