Black and White for Tuesday night
Rams fans can play their part in bringing success to the team in the play-offs. That is the feeling from everyone connected with the club and they are urging fans to do everything they can to make Tuesday night a black and white night.

Everyone is asked to wear some form of black and white. The club are to organise black and white cards to hold up . This was used in the successful end of season game against Crystal palace on the last time the Rams were promoted to the Premiership way back in 1996.

Local newspaper , The Derby Evening Telegraph are printing a whole sheet of black and white for supporters to cut up and use as black and white confetti .

The blow-up clappers handed out several weeks ago may also make an appearance and supporters are urged to bring their own along if they still have them, to take the noise level up a few decibels.

Before that however there is the small matter of the first leg which takes place tomorrow lunch time at Saint Mary's. George Burley will lead his Southampton side out to face the Rams in what is a very much a copy of the situation both managers found themselves in back in the 2004-05 season, when Burley lost the semi final play-off when managing the Rams to a Preston side managed by Billy Davies.
