The hearing will be on Monday 5th August and it does not look good for Derby County as they have been to two previous hearing over club discipline and have a suspended fine of £100,000 still hanging over them from the 1999-2000 season.

been Rams boss will go towards easing any punishment the club may get. It is interesting to note however that following at least two seasons with their backs against the wall fighting relegation that the worst offenders in the club are all defenders. Luciano Zavagno had nine yellows to his name whilst Chris Riggott and Rams player of the year Danny Higginbotham picked up seven yellows a piece.
