Poom appeals against second Red Card in just 15 games this season for the Rams
Derby County are set to appeal to the FA over Mart Poom’s red card against Millwall on Saturday.

Poom was shown a straight red card after appearing to bring down Millwall striker Neil Harris in the 79th minute of the game. His second in only 15 matches this season for the Rams.

The red card carries a two match suspension if the appeal is not successful Poom will miss the game against Portsmouth (Nov 9th), for whom he once played and an away game with Brighton (Nov 16th).

This is Poom's second red card of the

season and may well be facing FA disciplinary measures along with the club itself that is still under a £85,000 suspended fine for earlier poor disciplinary records.
