Mart Poom may be out for some time with a groin injury
Rams number one, Mart Poom is reported to have sustained a serious groin injury in last nights 1-0 win over Moldova in Tallin.

Poom was seen to be signaling to the bench for 15 to 20 minutes before he was replaced in goal. Mart said "i was surprised not to be taken off after the injury occured".

Doubt now surrounds Pooms chances of playing in the crunch match at the weekend for Derby County against Wolves.
The loss of Poom last season had a major effect on the Rams defence and may have contributed to relegation from the Premiership.
