Player meeting to discuss wage deferal goes well

Yesterdays meeting of Rams players and representatives have been very constructive according to a Rams spokesman.

Players who earn wages over a certain amount have been asked to have 25%of their wages deferred until August 2003. Other players who don’t reach the agreed level have been asked to take a 10% deferral until the same date. The deferral would start in November.

The Rams have also stated that the club are £20million in debt and have presented a restructuring plan to the Banks.
