Apart from the odd non-league signing and news of the growth of the re-seeded Pride Park pitch there appears to be little happening at the club.
We are sure that preparations are going ahead for the coming season but with less than eight weeks before the prestigious pre-season friendly against Stoke City takes place, you do worry about the lack of information from the club.
Hopefully you all stocked up on discounted Rams Shirts, T-shirts, coats etc at the end of season sale a couple of weeks ago.
Did you buy any of the T-shirts with the names of last seasons squad on? Good quality T-shirts but will those players be with us come August? There has been little news on players leaving the club, as Nigel Clough will presumably be reducing his squad numbers as he indicated.
No news on the central defensive pairing the Rams so desperately need. Is there any progress made on a midfield general who can galvanise the team into a solid Championship side?
