Disappointed fans who missed the win over Wigan at the JJB Stadium on Boxing
Day due to traffic problems will receive a full refund.
Scores of supporters were left stranded in traffic on the M6 after a major
accident and those supporters will be able to claim their money back by
handing in their unused ticket at the Pride Park ticket office by the end of
business (4pm) on Wednesday 29 December.
