New Matchday Ticket Prices Announced

Last updated : 29 June 2004 By The Rambler
Derby County issued detsils of their ticket prices for the forthcoming campaign stating "Season ticket reductions for the coming campaign will be balanced by
increases in matchday ticket prices, the Rams announced today.

Increases for adults range from £3 to £5 per ticket dependent on the match
category, but fans will be offered a £2 discount if they buy before the day
of a game.

The discount is designed to reduce the likelihood of queues at the Ticket
Office on matchdays. Another innovation for the coming season is the ability
for fans to buy online through the official dcfc.co.uk website.

Despite the increases - which underline the value of 2004/05 season tickets
- Derby County still offer the cheapest home seats of the three East
Midlands clubs in the Coca-Cola Championship.

Top adult price for a Platinum game - such as the Leicester match on August
11 - will be £30 in AA sections (£27 in 03/04), £27 in A (£24), £26 in B
(£23), £25 in C (£22)and £23 in D (£20).

Gold game prices range from £20 to £27 (£18 to £25 in 03/04), Silver from
£17 to £22 (£16 to £21 last season) and a new RamsDay category features seat
prices from as cheap as £15 to £22.

The formalisation of the RamsDay category - there are plans for four such
days in the coming campaign - follows the success of the inaugural RamsDay
home game against Wimbledon last November.

Prices for Juniors, Seniors and Young Adults rise by between £1 and £3
across all categories - from a low of £9 to a high of £17 - but there will
be a £1 discount for fans who buy before the day of a game. RamsDay prices
for Juniors, Seniors and Young Adults will range from just £7 to £13.

Wednesday is the last day for fans to take advantage of June discount of
04/05 season tickets. Prices rise by £20 in all adult categories when the
Pride Park Ticket Office - currently situated in the Rams Superstore -
closes at 6pm.
