Lee Morris, another half a million pounds must be found to pay what is owed to Sheffield United for his transfer to the Rams
More money troubles have become apparent at Pride Park. Instalment payments to Sheffield United for the transfer of Lee Morris have not been paid to the Yorkshire club.

Derby County where contracted to pay the Blades £500,000 after Morris had played 45 first team games for the Rams. This landmark was passed as Morris played in the 2-1 win over Grimsby on the 17th August.

The Football league has been informed and will now be talking to the Rams about the payment and when it can be paid. Bankers for the Rams have just released salary payments for last month and this present financial hurdle is one Derby County Football Club could well do without at the moment.
