Ex Rams midfielder Seth Johnson has highlighted the difference in fitness levels between his new club Leeds United and the Rams.

He has been quoted as saying, "I didn't realise just how unfit I was, until I had been training with Leeds".

The comments come as John Gregory has installed a new Sports Scientist (whatever they do) at Pride Park in a bid to raise fitness levels.
It is also noticeable from statistics that Derby County have conceded almost half of their goals in the final twenty minutes of the matches this season. A statistic that hasn't passed Gregory un-noticed.

Gregory has already impossed a drinks ban around the club and has tightened up on dress code and other areas around the club which where not to his liking. This includes a ban on fans favourite Rammie the Ram, who is now not allowed in the tunnel area before games. The media has also been the subject of change as pitch-side interviews from local radio stations have also been banned.
