Seth Johnson battles with future team mate?
Former Rams midfielder Seth Johnson looks set to leave Leeds United for Middlesbrough.

Johnson made a £7million switch from Pride Park to Elland Road just 15 months ago and has only played 20 games for the Lilly whites. Injury has meant that that Johnson has only managed just four substitute appearances this season for Leeds.

Middlesbrough hope to tie up Johnson signature in a four-year deal. Former Rams assistant Steve McLaren, now Boro boss, hopes to be reunited with Johnson by the weekend.

It is not clear if negotiations to bring Malcolm Christie and Chris Riggott to the Riverside Stadium are still making headway. Boro had offered to take the Rams duo on loan for the rest of the season with a view to a permanent deal at the end of the period.
