Kristoffer Weckstrom joins the Finnish Under 21 squad for their match against Poland
International calls are flooding in for Rams youngsters this week.

Yesterday (Mon 8th July) Nathan Doyle and Tom Huddlestone pulled on the England shirt as the national Under 17 squad took on their Italian counterparts.
The game ended in a 2-2 draw and both Rams player played a part. Both players are only 15 years of age and should benefit from the experience and hopefully make many more appearances before they are 17.

The game was shown live on Sky Sport 1 and was also well supported with 6,000 fans watching the game at Oxfords Kassam Stadium. The two youngsters now looking forward and hoping to get a game on Thursday against the Czech Republic at Birmingham City's St Andrews ground.

The six-day tournament will finish when England play Brazil on Sunday (14th July)

Other Rams receiving International call-ups this week include Barry Molloy. He has been selected to represent Northern Ireland at Under 20 level. The Irish team will play two games later this month on the 23rd and 24th July.

Barry will hope to be included in the starting line-up for the game against Paraguay. The action comes thick and fast for the Irish lads, as they will take on Wales just 24 hours later. Both games will take place at Coleraine, Northern Ireland.

Last but not least one of our European youngsters gets his chance to play for his country as Kristoffer Weckstrom has been chosen by Finland to represent them at Under 21 level.

Kristoffer will be in the squad to play Poland at Nowy Sacz on Wed July 24th.
