Gordon Taylor Chief executive of the PFA loans the Rams £500,000 but conditions are attached
It has been announced that Derby County are to receive £500,000 from the Professional Footballers Association.

Gordon Taylor Chief Executive of the PFA has said it is to help out the cash strapped Rams but stressed this is only a loan and conditions apply.

The cash is thought to be earmarked to pay the players at the club at the lower end of the pay scale. The Rams are already resigned to losing players during the January transfer window but it is thought one of the conditions of the loan is to sell at least one player from the first team.
