Directors Gadsby and Kirkland resign

Vice Chairman Peter Gadsby and Director John Kirkland(OBE) have resigned as directors of Derby County Football Club. Today's (Friday 19th April) resignations have come after discussions over the new financial restructuring of the club at a meeting held this week.

Mr Gadsby and Mr Kirkland feel that they can be more use financially away from the pressures of the DCFC boardroom and wish the club every success in the future. Both men will retain their shareholding in the club.
