Craig Burley wants his wages or a settlement of his contract

Craig Burley may be set to invoke the 14-day rule on his contract after the club has allegedly not paid him since September.

Craig wants either to be paid or get a contract pay-off like several of his colleagues have done in recent weeks.

Speaking to the Daily Record website Craig said, “Now I am back playing one of two things has to happen. They pay me or settle up and I leave”.

Burley was in out standing form for the Rams in Saturdays 3-0 win over Watford and manager John Gregory is now keen to try and keep the 31-year-old for the second half of the season.
