West Ham 2 Derby County 2

A far from dirty match saw two players see red cards last night. Francois Grenet was the offender for the Rams whilst Richard Garcia was the culprit for West Ham.

The Rams took the lead in the match in the 17th minute. A storming run by Lee Morris and subsequent cross was met by Adam Bolder who scored for the Rams.

The Rams had little time to celebrate as West Ham equalised just two minutes after the re-start. Glenn Johnson scoring with his head.

The Rams gave a way a penalty in first half injury time and looped to be going into the break a goal behind. Patrick Foletti however had other ideas and produced a superb save from Titti Camara.

The Rams took the lead for the second time in the game near the hour mark. Branko Strupar showing his skill and class by lobbing the ball over keeper Bywater from 25 yards.

As the game neared it's end Francois Grenet was again sent off for the Rams. This time it was for foul and abusive language toward the referee. This evened up the two sides as earlier Richard Garcia had been shown the red card.

With only 3 minutes on the clock left West Ham equalised for the second time in the game. A fair result on reflection and the Rams reserves go marching on toward yet another title.
