Gary Twigg scores for Rams reserves but it was not enough for all three points
The Rams reserves race for the league title hit a major snag last night as what seemed a comfortable winning position turned into a draw with only 5 minutes of the game remaining.

The Rams went ahead after 12 minutes when Adam Bolder took a ball from midfield and into the Chelsea box. He beat a defender before sending a powerful shot goalwards. The Chelsea keeper could not hold the ball and the rebound fell to Gary Twigg who headed the ball into the net.

Derby looked to have doubled their lead late in the second half when MattO'Halloran scored but he was adjudged to have been just offside and the goal was disallowed.

With just five minutes left of the game the Rams looked to be heading for a comfortable win. They where playing the better football and just had to see out the last few minutes. Chelsea however had other ideas and snatched a point in the 85th minute, the Rams players looked devastated and it now casts a big doubt on their ability to claim the Barclaycard reserve league south Championship.
