Derby County Mad ratings results v Swansea

Last updated : 10 October 2010 By Rams Mad Editor

We have given you plenty of time to get in your Derby County Mad player ratings this time with the International break meaning no Championship games this week. If you can stretch your mind back that far, the Rams managed a creditable draw against Swansea.

The Swans had a hundred percent start to the season coming into this match, with four wins out of four games. The Rams were further handicapped by Swansea not allowing Shefki Kuqi to play against his parent club. The Rams started with loanee, Luke Moore up front with Alberto Bueno.

So how did you rate the players, not many of you actually saw the game but many were glued to their radios. The averages were understandably down after the draw but still encouraging. The defence feature highly on the ratings, with all the defensive players getting in the mid to high 6's. Goalkeeper Stephen Bywater again had a major say in the point the Rams gained, this reflected in the 6.52 rating.

Kris Commons has been on fire over recent games but this time around he scored a disappointing 5.44. Luke Moore had a starting berth against Swansea but didn't have too good a game according to the ratings. His 5.29 was the lowest rated score for the starting eleven for Derby County, maybe a case of just settling into the side at this point.

The highest rated Rams player unsurprisingly was a defender and your Derby County Mad top rated player for this game was Dean Moxey with a 6.92 out of ten. Other notable performances were John Brayford with 6.56. Shaun Barker also starred for the Rams with 6.64...
