Oakes could be back for Saturdays clash with Chelsea

Andy Oakes may return against Chelsea

The wrist injury that kept Andy Oakes out of the Rams side to face Everton last weekend may be healed by this weekend.

Oakes had received the injury during training last Friday and was unable to take his place in the squad, but is now said to be well on the way to recovery.

The Rams are hoping that Oakes will bring back some sort of stability to the defence after stand-in keeper Foletti had what could only be described as a nightmare home debut last week, seeing 4 goals go past him.
