Darryl Powell out for a month

Rams midfielder Darryl Powell could be out of the side for a month. This follows damage to his medial ligament in his left knee, damaged whilst playing for the Rams reserves against Arsenal on Tuesday evening.Some better news concerning goalkeeper Andy Oakes. He has returned to training today (Thursday 28th Feb) following his KO and subsequent visit to Hospital on Saturday afternoon. A precautionary scan carried out on Oakes's
head and neck after the accident revealed no damage. Oakes will now be in contention for a place in the team this weekend against Manchester United, although deputy Foletti distinguished himself very well against Leicester City when taking over from Oakes.Craig Burley must sit in the stands again after damaging an Achilles tendon during training on Monday. Burley hoped to return to the squad
earlier this week following a lengthy period out with another injury. The Achilles strain looks like keeping Craig out of this weeks crucial games against Manchester United and Arsenal.
