Stuart Webb was seen over the weekend at a local public house apparently celebrating. It was not clear what the former Rams director was doing around Derby but it fuels speculation that it will be Webb’s consortium that win the bidding war to take over Derby County from Lionel Pickering.
Mr Webb who now lives predominantly in Spain was said to have been at the disappointing 3-1 defeat of the Rams by Leicester City earlier on Saturday. He was then was spotted at the Broadway public house in the City later with friends.
