Rams new target Simon Lynch?

The Rams could put in a surprise loan bid for Celtic’s 20-year-old striker Simon Lynch. There is also speculation that the move could become permanent when Derby’s financial crisis has been sorted out.
John Gregory has been said to have kept a close watch on the young striker over the past few months.

Reports in the Daily record. co.uk have said Martin O’Neil would be reluctant to sell Lynch as he held him in high regard. However he would not ask too high a price if the striker wanted to further his career in England with the Rams.Simon's record speaks for itself at Celtic, he was the top scorer for the Celtic Under 21 side last season.

Lynch himself would find it hard to leave the club that he joined as a 15 year old.
