With most players struggling for form in the later part of the season, it was a refreshing change to see Tom Ince capture the Sky Bet player of the month for April.
Tom has been an inspiration and scored some memorable and four vital goal for the Rams during the month.
Ironically with the Rams needing just a draw from Saturday's final game against Reading to secure a play-off position, all but one of Ince's goals have come in draws against Watford (2-2), Huddersfield (4-4) and Millwall (2-2), with a goal in the 4-0 defeat of Blackpool.
