High level and intense negotiations have been going on behind the scenes since the end of last season to secure the signiture of Hull City's Paul Ince.
Today Ince put pen to paper and signed a £4.75m and four year deal with Derby County, beating the former Rams boss Steve McClaren and Newcastle United to the talented winger.
Ince becomes the 6th signing of new boss Paul Clement and is looking forward to linking up with last seasons team mate Darren Bent and the rest of the Rams closed season buys........
