The Beast is on the loose at Pride Park

Derby County play the last of their friendly game tomorrow before next weeks opening game of the League season.

Tomorrow’s guests are RCD Mallorca from the Spanish Primera Liga. The Rams have a real stern test against a team that finished in 9th place in their league last season, a league that has sides of the calibre of Real Madrid, Barcelona, Deportivo La Coruna, Celta Vigo and Atletic Madrid.

Mallorca have also just won the Spanish Cup a few weeks ago beating Recreativo Huelua 3-0 in the final.

One star that may be on show for the visitors is 37-year-old Miguel Angel Nada, otherwise known as the Beast. The hard man of Spanish football for the past ten years was a European Cup winner with Barcelona but now returns to the club where he first started his professional career.

Another rising star of world football on show tomorrow could be Samuel Eto’o.

The 22 year old Cameroon striker is said by many to be the best young striker in the world at the present moment and the Rams defence will have to keep a close eye on him or risk being shown just why he is regarded
