Robbie Savage, already spent £50,000 in property investment that has now hit problems.
Derby County Captain, Robbie Savage and England striker Wayne Rooney are to engage lawyers after the crash of the Spanish property market cost them their luxury holiday homes on the Spanish complex of Monte Resina, near Marbella.

Savage has already spent £50,000 on the venture and possible legal action could cost him and Rooney up to £300,000.

Wealth management firm, Formation, stand accused of having vested interests in advice over the property purchases.

The action also affects two other former footballers. Jason Wilcox and Brian Dean having been caught up in the deals...
