Sammon's first-half strike in Killie's 1-1 draw with Hamilton took his tally for the season to 18 so far and the Irishman insists he is no rush to leave the club.
He said: "To be honest, I've no idea what's happening. I'm not sure if the clubs are talking between each other.
"I was just focusing on the game, that's all I was thinking about. I'll have to wait and see what happens.
"I'm in no rush to move on. I'm very happy at Kilmarnock and I've got a fantastic manager who is helping me progress every week."
