Lauren Robert leaves for a foreign shore
Derby County have today confirmed that midfielder Lauren Robert has left the club by mutual agreement. Robert had only started in three games since his move to the Rams in January 2008, as a free agent.

Rams manager Paul Jewell confirmed that it hadn't worked out for Robert and the Rams and all parties are moving on. Canada's major League side Toronto are said to be having a look at Robert with a view to giving him a contract.

Robert has been a star of the Premiership during his stays at Newcastle and Portsmouth but the 32 year-old couldn't continue his good work whilst with Derby County.
