Andy Todd could be heading down under after interest in his services from Perth Glory of the Australian A League
Interest from the other side of the planet in Rams veteran defender Andy Todd may well see the former Middlesbrough, Bolton, Charlton and Blackburn defender join Australian team Perth Glory.

Glory's coach Dave Mitchell is said to be very interested in taking Todd to Australia to join the A league side, after recent departures from the Perth Glory squad has left them with a defensive problem.

This may prove to be an ideal retirement plan for Todd and also will release a player who was bought in on Premiership wages for the disastrous 2007-08 season , which saw the Rams humiliated and eventually relegated from the top flight of English football.

Mile Sterjovski is also in line for a return to his native Australia as Perth Glory look to make it a brace of players from Derby County during the summer break.
