The Pilgrims want to take Teale on a season long loan and see Teale as the perfect addition to their promotion push.
Teale has made 18 appearances for the Rams in the Premiership this season but is not thought to feature too highly in Paul Jewell's immediate plans for Derby County. It is presumed that the possibility of a permanent move may not be out of the question but the situation will be reviewed at the end of the season.
Promotion to the Premiership may be on the cards again for Teale who helped the Rams after joining in January 07 for the Championship promotion season. He may make it a double should he help Plymouth, who currently lie 9th in the Championship are just five points behind a play-off place.
