New Rams boss Paul Clement has had little time to settle into his new role and new targets are already firmly in the sights of the Rams.
Latest target is Aston Villa striker Andreas Weimann. The 23 year-old striker, who is currently out of favour at Villa has been told to find another club in the summer and the Rams now look favourite to sign the Austrian International. He does still howver have a year to go on his current contract and a fee of around £2m has been mentioned.
Having played 129 times for Villa and has scored 24 goals during that time.
Weimann has a wealth of experience on the International scene and has played for his native Austria at U17, U19, U20, U21 and currently for the full National side.
Derby are also said to be interested in bring Darren Bent to the Ipro from Aston Villa, the former England striker had a highly successful loan period toward the end of last season.
