Billy Davies extends his contract as the Rams fans look for more success
Derby County manager Billy Davies will be staying at the club for at least another three seasons after completing a year long extension to his contract.

Davies joined the Rams from Preston just over a year ago, in June of 2006. His rapid improvement of the Rams squad and an undreamt of rise to the Premier League on the first time of asking has been rewarded by the Directors.

Speculation of Billy moving on as the Rams failed to gain automatic promotion has now died down and Rams supporters look forward to having the still young Scottish manager take them to heights not seen since the last decade.
