D J Campbell
DJ Campbell expected to sign on loan for the Rams to inject pace to the forward line.
Nigel Clough has admitted on local radio that the Rams front-line strikers are "misfiring" at present and plans to loan Leicester City forward Dudley Junior (DJ) Campbell before the emergency loan period runs out on Thursday.

Campbell (28) is currently struggling to get back into the Leicester side that is flying high at the top end of the Championship table. The move, if it is worked out in time, will benefit the Rams and Campbell himself. Certainly his most recent loan spell with Blackpool brought rewards for the club and player, as Campbell scored nine goals in twenty appearances for the Tangerines.

Clough sees Campbell as the player with pace up front that the squad is missing at present and hopes his arrival will kick-start the Rams season, which has been spoilt by injury and poor team performances. Derby Currently just three points about the relegation zone hope Campbell will be a perfect partner for Rob Hulse.

Frank Fielding
Frank Fielding an England U19 & U21 keeper is expected to move to Derby on loan as emergency cover for Saul Deeney, who injured his ankle last week.
The Rams also hope to tie up a further loan, that of Blackburn goalkeeper, Frank Fielding. The 21 year old England U19 and U21 International is seen as back-up to Stephen Bywater after Saul Deeney injured his ankle in a freak accident last week and following an operation could be out for up to six weeks.

Fielding has been loaned out to various clubs during the last two years, including Wycombe, Northampton, Rochdale and latterly to Leeds United....
