Hines is widely thought of as a promising defensive talent. He is 20 years old and stands a healthy 6ft 2 inches tall. Hines can play anywhere along the defensive line and if permission is granted tomorrow (Tuesday) by the Premier League, the Rams want to play him in Wednesday's Carling Cup semi Final first leg against Manchester United.
Seb has played four times for his country at U19 level and has been in the Middlesbrough first team on six occasions this season in the Premiership.
