Rams frozen out at Middlesbrough

The Riverside Stadium South stand deemed to be unsafe for Rams fans who were moved after artic winds damaged the area.
On a bitter cold day at the Riverside Stadium, Derby County were yet again frozen out and returned back to Pride Park without points or much credit for a performance that saw very few attempts on the Middlesbrough goal.

The arctic weather had already had its part to play in the match as 1000 Rams fans were moved from the South stand, deemed unsafe, after the icy winds had wrecked havoc.

The wind did little to aid the Rams, or football in general but it was Middlesbrough who found the extra control and touch of class, as Tuncay found the net to make the score 1-0.

Derby have now been beaten twice by Middlesbrough, although in a less than convincing manner. Tuncay was also the scorer as the two teams met in December at Pride Park.

Like Paul Jewell and everyone else associated with Derby County the end of this particular season can't come quick enough. Surely some pride can be restored next weekend and a second win of the season against Fulham will see the Rams just two points shy of the magic 15 point mark and only share in the embarrassing title of the Premierships worst ever team...
