Rams former Directors found guity of Fraud

After a protracted trial two former Derby County Directors have been found guilty of conspiracy to defraud Derby County Football Club.

Mackenzie (54) a former financial director at Derby County and Murdo Mackay (53) were both found guilty by a majority jury decision at Northampton Crown Court of fraudulently gaining £440,625 in commisions from a loan amount from Pananian company ABC during the takeover of Derby County football club in 2003.

The jury have still to make a decision of for Rams CEO Jeremy Keith.
