Rams fans disgrace themselves and the club at pre-season friendly

Reports from Staffordshire Police has said that trouble flared last night at the Pirelli Stadium after groups of Rams fans fought each other.

No Burton fans were thought to be involved as teenagers from the Chaddesden and Oakwood area attacked one another. Three youths were arrested all aged between 15 and 16 years of age. They were arrested on public order offences and for assaulting a policeman.

The incidents also saw many Rams fans ejected from the Pirelli Stadium on what should have been a night for them to take a look at their new look Rams side and for a friendly atmosphere of pre season football to develop.

The Rams later went on to beat Burton Albion 2-0 with goals from New boys Paul Green and Nathen (Duke) Ellington....
