Rams Christmas Cracker

It's Christmas and the American owners of Derby County are dishing out the gifts to season ticket holders as part of their 'Fans First' initiative.

Derby County will be sending all season ticket holders a Christmas letter packed with a number of offers and discounts to be enjoyed in the coming weeks.

The owners of Derby County FC see the offers and discounts as a "symbol of gratitude and appreciation for all their season ticket holders.

Offers in the Christmas letter include being able to pick up the Programme for Saturday's game for just £1. (normal price £3). A Voucher will be in the letter and must be given when purchasing your discounted programme. Other offers include discounts at the tea bars around the ground.

One of the most appealing offers in the letter is an initiative to 'bring a friend for free' to a game. Not certain how this will work with over 20,000 season ticket holders. If all take up the option on a single game we would need a stadium capacity of around 45,000..! Never the less it is a great offer and will give many people a chance to see a game they would otherwise not be able to see.

I am sure the gestures are very much appreciated by Rams season ticket holders, and now all we can ask is for the winning ways to continue on the pitch…………..please Santa..!
