Rams Chairman of football dismissive of fall out rumour

Adam Pearson not happy with reports in the weekends newspapers of a rift between himself and Paul Jewell

Adam Pearson has poured cold water on suggestions that he and his manager Paul Jewell have had angry words. The newspaper report suggested that Jewell had been told he faced only four more matches to get the elusive league win.

The report has angered Pearson, who has sad he has a very good relationsgip with Paul Jewell. No arguments or disagreements have happened between the pair since Jewell took over the managers post.

Fans however are not so easily reasured by the Chairman of football's words. They, like Jewell are begining to feel the pressure of not winning in the league In fact it is almost a year since a single Kenny Miller goal beat Newcastle at Pride Park, the Rams only win of the 2007-08 premiership season.
