Officials at Derby County have confirmed that computer hackers have infiltrated some of the systems at Pride Park.

They have assured customers that no sensitive or personal information has been gained by the raiders and are in the prosess of upgrading their computer systems security.

Luckily one of the new directors, Mel Morris, is the CEO of Prevx and new improved security is being installed by his company.

The hacking incident happened in October and although the club say no customer information was accessed it has involved Derbyshire Police over the incident.

The introduction of the new security has cost the club over £7,000 but will put customers and business partners minds at rest that their details are safeguarded.
